For ReliaSoft's standard software products, an active maintenance contract entitles you to:


The fee for a 1-year maintenance contract is 20% of the software list price, and is mandatory for the first year on all new purchases.

Terms and Conditions

Renewal: The Agreement renews automatically on the renewal date listed on the Annual Maintenance Certificate provided. Unless the Agreement has been canceled, a renewal form will be sent to the main contact listed on the Annual Maintenance Certificate. If a response is not received within 30 days, the Agreement will be considered canceled.

The cost to renew the contract will be based on the list price of the software at the time of each renewal.

Please note that lapses in Maintenance Agreements are not allowed. In the case where a Maintenance Agreement expired, any future renewals of said agreement will begin on the day following the original expiration date.

Cancelation: The Agreement can be canceled at any time in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. In case of cancelation, ReliaSoft will not pro-rate or issue any refunds for any unused time on this agreement. There is no grace period for cancelations.
